This workshop is held on location at the Pearl! With a class size of only 5 people, each student will receive expert individual hands on instruction. We'll learn about composition, working with natural light, fill flash, reflectors and outdoor portraiture. The first 2.5 hours will be spent shooting and the last half hour we will review our images for technique, content and composition. It is recommended that you're familiar with the functions of your camera including how to shoot in manual mode before signing up for this class.

The class will meet at Local Coffee (Location at The Pearl) at 7:30 am.

About The Instructor

Cosby Lindquist

A recent transplant to San Antonio, Cosby is a dedicated photographic artist and educator. Cosby is an adjunct professor at The Art Institute of San Antonio where he teaches courses in digital imaging and photography.He recently received his Master of Fine Art degree from the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio. Cosby is known for his large-scale digital photographs that explore the American landscape. A recent transplant to San Antonio, Cosby is a dedicated photographic artist and educator.
